Tim is a corporate lawyer with more than 18 years’ experience advising investors, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs around the world. Prior to joining Argentum, Tim worked for leading international law firms in New York, London, and Moscow. Drawing on his expertise structuring and managing cross-border transactions, Tim provides innovative and strategic guidance to clients doing business in Europe, the CIS and the Middle East.

• Advising sponsors, management teams, and growth companies on private equity transactions, including buyouts, fundraising rounds, secondary sales and exits.
• Advising on the full range of corporate transactional matters, including asset sales and purchases, disposals, joint ventures and partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
• Advising on corporate governance issues, including director liability issues, record-keeping for board and shareholder meetings, development and administration of compliance and training programs, and development of company policies and codes of conduct.
• Advising on project financings in diverse sectors, including energy, infrastructure, mining and natural resources, oil and gas, transport and renewable energy.
• Advising lenders and borrowers on innovative domestic and cross-border debt financings, including acquisition finance, asset-based lending, asset finance, bilateral and syndicated lending, consumer finance, export finance, real estate finance and trade finance.
