Tamer is an international business, legal and compliance executive with over 20 years of experience in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and North & South America.

Over the course of his career, Tamer has held key commercial, compliance and legal roles with global organizations including Schlumberger, Baker Hughes and Energy Allied International.  Splitting his time between Houston and Dubai, Tamer is presently the Director of Advisory at Eternal Energy, an energy sector business advisory firm that he co-founded in 2016.

Tamer chairs the Oil & Gas Sub-Committee of the Association of Corporate Counsel Middle East (AACME), mentors junior legal and Compliance professionals, takes a special interest in advising regional start-ups, is an active member of the Dubai Petroleum Club and is a certified executive coach with the International Coach Federation.
