Ali is a highly experienced attorney with over 19 years of experience as a trusted corporate counsel in the Oil & Gas, Construction and Manufacturing sectors and in private practice. Ali spent his early professional years with a few of the top leading law firms in Pakistan namely Ebrahim Hosain Advocates & Corporate Counsels, ABS & Co Advocates and Irfan & Irfan, Attorneys-At-Law. He founded his own law firm Asad & Associates in 2012 and has been managing it since.

For Argentum Law, Ali serves as a strategic advisor and retained counsel for major entities in Dubai and the wider UAE. His practice currently focuses on complex real estate structuring, cross-border logistics agreements, and regulatory compliance. Ali has counselled executive-suite management teams of listed multinationals on JVs, strategic alliances, and M&A, while specifically advising UAE-based developers on risk mitigation and financial structuring under the evolving onshore and cross-border legal frameworks.
