Mariam is an experienced business transactions attorney with over eight-years of legal experience. She has built her legal career advising small businesses, entrepreneurs, health care providers, and commercial real estate and retail developers.  Additionally, Mariam has expertise in providing critical business consulting services, filing trademarks with the USPTO, negotiating franchise deals, and stock option agreements as well as drafting complex business agreements. She has experience working both in the private sector at Blue Cross Blue Shield and in the public sector providing in-house legal counsel to the Insurance Commissioner of California.
