Janine is a Belgian multi-lingual lawyer with over seventeen years’ experience, of which 7 years in the Middle East and over 10 years at global top-tier law firms King & Wood Mallesons, Loyens & Loeff and Hunton & Williams in Brussels, London and Dubai. Janine is highly experienced and proficient in deal structuring (JV, M&A, divestitures) and legal drafting. She provides legal and strategic advice to clients at all stages. In 2022, she was shortlisted for the Middle East Legal Awards for championing diversity in private practice.
