Avinash started his career in 2013 and spent 5 years at J. Sagar Associates, a leading law firm in India. During his time at J. Sagar Associates, he focused primarily on transactions involving publicly traded companies, securities law, private equity, M&A, foreign investments and general corporate commercial law. Further, he also conducted seminars and workshops for multinational companies on anticorruption and antibribery legislation in India. Avinash provides legal and strategic advice to clients at all stages, ranging from start-ups to institutional clients, in a variety of industries including banking and finance, technology, insurance, construction, energy, fashion, pharmaceuticals, and health care.
