These strategic leadership roles reflect the firm’s continued commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional value to clients across its four regions of operations worldwide.

The newly appointed Principals—Avinash Jethwani, Libby Aldred, Nicole Ruth Alva, Reema Ashraf, and Simon Hudd—will each lead high-impact portfolios central to Argentum Law’s global growth strategy, team culture, and commitment to client service through its unique model that empowers companies to thrive with “outside in-house counsel”.

Strategic Portfolios and Leadership Areas

• Avinash Jethwani will lead the Start-Up Working Group, Client Engagement Program, and IT & Cybersecurity. He will champion Argentum Law’s new start-up pricing model, deepen client relationships, and strengthen the firm’s technology backbone to ensure security and scalability.

• Libby Aldred takes on Knowledge Development and Pro Bono Strategy, where she will build an evolving library of precedents and drive firm-wide training. She will also lead Argentum Law’s pro bono commitments, aligning legal expertise with purpose-driven initiatives.

• Nicole Ruth Alva will lead Corporate Services (CSP). Having played a pivotal role in developing this offering, she will continue to streamline workflows, improve client tools, and drive strategic expansion—creating a lawyer-led, client-focused CSP platform.

• Reema Ashraf will head Litigation Practice and Training, leading the formation of an international litigation practice and establishing structured training programs for junior lawyers to ensure continued excellence and talent development.

• Simon Hudd will lead Investment Funds & Regulatory, UK Team Leadership, and Offshore CSP Services. He will scale the firm’s funds and regulatory practice, strengthen the UK team, and expand CSP services to meet evolving client needs across jurisdictions.
